Dog Training

BreedAbove’s DogLife provides a holistic approach to dog behavior, training and socialization.  DogLife® offers a variety of options to support your training goals and enrich your dog’s life. Our trainers and handlers stress gentle, positive training methods that strengthen the human-animal bond.  BreedAbove training can be customized to best fit your dog’s needs and your schedule.  We offer group classes, single topic seminars, private training, and our unique DayTraining program. 

DogLife® DayTraining 

Our unique DayTraining program complements our group play options with short fun training sessions custom designed to meet your training goals. This is a great option for puppies or any dog needing a little extra help with basic commands or problem behaviors like jumping and pulling. This program is designed for guests that will be visiting us at least twice a week. 

DogLife® DayCamp 

Our DayCamp program is a socialization program designed for guests that are not able to join our DayStay program due to breeding status, age, behavior challenges or just being a socialization newbie. This program is supervised by highly trained staff and is a combination of playdates, carefully selected small group play, rest, and one on one playtime, all carefully crafted to meet your dog’s socialization needs and support your training goals. While our DayStay program is designed for regular attendance, DayCamp is great option for short term or very infrequent visits. This program is available by appointment and recommendation from our certified trainer. There is a discounted rate for the program if utilized during NightStay visits. 

DogLife® Group Training Classes & Seminars 

Our group training classes are kept small so each dog gets specialized attention from our certified trainer. Our offerings include AKC Canine Good Citizen and the Puppy Star Program. Our Seminars are two session single topic classes that cover topics such as loose leash walking, jumping, proper greetings and more. 

Private Training 

We offer onsite and offsite training options for when your schedule or training goals require 1 on 1 attention. We take the time to assess your training needs before beginning a private training program so all of our time together can be used to reach your training objectives. Our trainer utilizes positive and gentle training techniques to not only improve your dog’s behavior but also strengthen your relationship with your furry kid. We also offer custom Stay & Train programs.
